Gardening Classes/Garden Scout Training

Gardening Classes

Presented by:
CCE Master Gardeners of Erie County
in cooperation with Buffalo in Bloom

Attend a one-day seminar - your choice of three (3) dates and three (3) locations - to learn about PERENNIALS, ANNUALS, BULBS, SOILS and COMPOST, FERTILIZERS, ORGANIC GARDENING, GARDEN DESIGN, DISEASE and PEST PREVENTION (IPM), GROWING VEGETABLES and PRUNING. Classes are intended for Home Gardeners, Community Gardeners and Volunteers in Public Spaces. Each participant will receive a notebook/binder chock full of invaluable gardening information to use as a resource, as well as to share with others!.

DATES AND LOCATIONS: (pick one of three Saturdays)

4/17/10 -Allen Hall First Floor UB South Campus Main St and Niagara Falls Blvd. -Registration Deadline 04/09/10

4/24/10 - CCE Erie County Demonstration Room 21 S.Grove St E.Aurora - Registration Deadline 04/16/10

5/01/10 - Erie Community College North Campus Kittinger Room K100 Williamsville - Registration Deadline - 04/23/10

Refreshments will be provided. BRING A BAG LUNCH and DRINK.
Please arrive no later than 9:00 am for registration. Classes end at 3:00 pm.

All classes taught by Cornell Cooperative Extension
Educators and Master Gardeners.

Pre-Registration Required No Walk-ins(seating limited)
